This three-bedroom house is located near to the Portland Hospital and close to the CBD. The house consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge room and shared bathroom and laundry facilities. Bedrooms are set up for individual students and can be securely locked. Each bedroom comprises a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
Students staying at this house also have access to a communal study area with computers, internet and printer access, and telephone facilities.
There is parking available in the garage, driveway and on the street in front of the house.
