This three-bedroom house is located close to the Mt Gambier Base Hospital. The house comprises of a large kitchen area, lounge and shared bathroom and laundry facilities. Bedrooms are set up for individual students and can be securely locked. Each bedroom comprises a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
Students staying at this house also have access to a communal study area with computers, internet and printer access, and telephone facilities. There is also wireless internet for students who have laptops.
Along with a single garage, there is enough parking space in the driveway for 3 or more cars.
